Interviewing claimant and other people to gather information.
Information gathering from the place/site/area of Life Insureds death.
Fact finding relating to the cause and circumstances of death.
Accomplished information gathering through computer searches, surveillance, conducting interviews and even going under cover.
Doing follow up investigations for already closed cases.
Preparation of reports and forwarding the same to Central Investigation Unit in a listed format.
Analyzes and manages complex or technically difficult claims by investigating and gathering information to determine the exposure on the claim; manages claims through well-developed action plans to an appropriate and timely resolution.
Refers queries/cases as appropriate to supervisor and management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to travel extensively more than 20 days in a month.
Must be able to interpret, analyze and evaluate evidence.
Should be Proficient with Microsoft Office & Internet.
Versatility and ability to prioritize work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong multi-tasking, negotiation and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Prior experience in a related field may be beneficial.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of risk assessment, field investigations of death or hospital claims or both, medical document collection, and Customer Service & claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Preferable: Candidates with life insurance claims processing experience willing to take this exciting career opportunity can apply.
